Nationwide Acceptance
You can use your RuPay Debit Card at The Haryana State Co-Operative Apex Bank Ltd. ATM or any Bank's ATM which is in the NFS (National Financial Switch) network. Look for the RuPay logo displayed at the ATM; this indicates it's part of the NFS network. You can use your card at over 1.98 lac such ATMs across India.
Cash Withdrawal Limits
You can withdraw cash with a minimum of Rs. 100/- up to the maximum limit prescribed for your account type. Please check your debit card details for your specific daily withdrawal limit.
PIN Security
Always enter your PIN correctly. If you enter a wrong PIN three times repeatedly, your card will get blocked. In such a situation, please contact the bank immediately to unblock your card.
Unauthorized Transactions
While we ensure robust security, it's crucial to protect your card and PIN. The Bank will not be held responsible for any unauthorized transactions on the card due to negligence or sharing of PIN. Report any suspicious activity immediately.

Do's
- Memorize your PIN And never write it down or share it with anyone.
- Cover the keypad when entering your PIN at ATMs or POS terminals.
- Check for skimming devices on the card slot or keypad before using an ATM.
- Report lost or stolen cards immediately to the bank's customer care.
- Regularly check your account statements for any unauthorized transactions.
- Update your contact details with the bank to receive transaction alerts.
Don'ts
- Do not share your PIN, CVV, or OTP with anyone, even if they claim to be from the bank.
- Do not respond to suspicious emails or SMS asking for your card details.
- Do not keep your PIN written on your card or in your wallet.
- Do not let anyone assist you at the ATM, especially strangers.
- Do not use public Wi-Fi for online transactions requiring card details.
- Do not click on suspicious links received via email or SMS.
